Returns + Exchanges
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, all packages include a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
As soon as we receive the returned product, we will process your refund request. Please note that we will not reimburse the original shipping charges.
In order to process an exchange, please reach out to our customer support team via Live Chat, email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone at 855-655-8137. Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM until 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
All orders returned without contacting customer support first will simply be refunded.
How To Return Your Merchandise:
- Orders will arrive with a UPS or USPS prepaid shipping label in your shipment. (This is located in a clear plastic envelope on the outside of your package; behind the original shipping label.)
- Affix the UPS label to the package, and remove or cover the original shipping label.
- No postage is required; there is no charge for using the pre-paid label.
- Please record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress. HOTSOX is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
