We offer a no-hassle return policy that allows you to return the socks for any reason for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please follow the process below to return the socks and receive your refund.
- Download, print and complete the product return form.
- Enclose the form with the socks you wish to return. Please reference your order number on the product return form or provide a copy of either your packing slip or the order receipt you received by email.
- To receive a pre-paid return label, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. or call (855) 655-8137, and a return label will be emailed to you. Place the return label on the box and drop off at any location that has a daily UPS pickup. Click here to find a location near you, or drop off at a UPS store. The pre-paid UPS return label cannot be used outside the United States. International customers are responsible for shipping a package back to the U.S. and for any fees associated with that shipment.
