OUR PRIVACY POLICY: CONTENTS

SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the information collected about by or on behalf of Renfro when you use the websites owned and administered by Renfro Corporation, namely www.renfro.com,www.renfrosocks.comwww.kbellsocks.com, and www.hotsox.com or any other website or mobile application that contains a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Sites"). With the exception of Renfro.com, each of these Sites provides you the ability to order products online.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party websites, which you may access via a link on the Sites.

We use Shopify’s online e-commerce platform to sell our products to you on our Sites. You should review Shopify’s privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy to understand the information that Shopify accesses and uses from you when using our Sites. As explained below, we and our third-party providers, including Shopify, collect certain personal information about you so that we can provide you the services you request, improve your shopping experience and communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. As described in this Privacy Policy, we and Shopify may share your information, under certain circumstances, with affiliated companies and, with other third-party providers with whom we have partnered to offer a particular product or service.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Renfro may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Such changes will be effective upon posting the revised Privacy Policy, as well as the date it is posted, on the Sites. You can tell if this Privacy Policy has changed by checking the “Last Updated” notice that appears at the top and the bottom of this Privacy Policy. Google Analytics. Google provides users choice on how their data is collected by Google Analytics by developing an Opt-out Browser Add-on which can be located at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. By installing this Add-on, no information is being sent to Google.

SECURITY

We and our third-party providers implement reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to help protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by the Sites and our service providers.

However, no method of electronically transmitting or storing data is ever completely secure, and therefore, we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be accessed, used, or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

The Site may allow you to post product reviews and other content (“Submissions”). You are responsible for all actions resulting from any information, including personally identifiable information, which you include in your Submissions. The Sites contain links to and opportunities to share certain content from the Sites on Facebook, Twitter and other third party sites or social media pages (“Linked Sites”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Linked Sites. Your posting of content from our Sites to a Linked Site is governed by the terms of use of the Linked Site. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Linked Sites you visit. We are not responsible for the collection or use of your information on any Linked Sites..

USE BY CHILDREN

Our Sites is are intended for a general audience. It is not intended for use by or directed at persons under the age of 18. Accordingly, and in compliance with children’s privacy laws, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete that information from our records.
