Return Policy

You have the right to return all products purchased from www.hotsox.com for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. Hot Sox includes a free return shipping label in each package, so all returns are fast and easy.

All items must be unworn with labels and packaging intact. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

 

In order to receive an exchange, you must contact customer service by livechat, or phone. All orders returned without contacting customer service first will receive a refund by default.

 

How To Return Your Merchandise:

Pre-Paid Returns
  1. Orders will arrive with a UPS or USPS pre-paid shipping label in your shipment. (It is located in a clear plastic envelope on the outside of your package; behind the original shipping label.)
  2. Affix the UPS label to your package, and remove or cover the original shipping label.
  3. No postage is required; there is no charge for using the label.
  4. Please record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress. Hot Sox is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  5. Complimentary returns are only available within the U.S.
  6. Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
Self-Paid Returns
  1. Add your reason code to the front side of your packaging slip and enclose it with your merchandise.
  2. Address the return package to the address below, including your order number:

  3. Ship your return packaging using your preferred trackable and insured shipping method, and please keep record of tracking and carrier information.
